If you booked a session or bought a bundle on this website, you have 14 days to change your mind. This page is where you do that. It takes two steps and about a minute.
Use this form to withdraw from a session or a bundle you booked or bought through this website within the last 14 days. When you confirm, your withdrawal reaches me straight away and you receive an email receipt.
If you only want to move or cancel a single session, you do not need this page. Rescheduling and cancelling are different, and both are explained in my Client Policy. Either way, you are always welcome to simply write to me.
Paying for a session or bundle does not, by itself, end your right to withdraw. If a session has already taken place, or you have begun using a bundle, you will still pay for the sessions already provided. Any unused part of the purchase will be refunded to you if you withdraw according to the Client Policy.
You receive an email receipt immediately. I read your withdrawal and act on it. If money is due back to you, it is refunded the same way you paid it, without undue delay.
If you had already asked me to begin before the 14 days were up and a session has actually taken place, that session is payable. Everything about rescheduling, cancelling and withdrawing is set out in my Client Policy.
